Shipping Costs

Printree is based in the United Kingdom but we ship prints anywhere in the world. We use first class post for UK addresses and air mail for overseas orders.

A postage and packing charge will be added to your order at the checkout, which will depend on the country of delivery.

The postage cost depends on the size and weight of your order.

Below are our current shipping costs for single item orders. If you order more than one item, there is a chance that the combined weight of the order could push it into a higher postage band and slightly increase the postage cost.

Waiting Times

Orders will usually be despatched within 2 working days from receipt.

Please allow up to 5 days for deliveries to the UK. Extra time should be allowed at busier times of the year, especially Christmas.

Overseas delivery times vary greatly. European deliveries are normally within a working week, and all other territories within two working weeks. All packages are sent via air mail, although we can arrange for Express delivery, please contact us for the prices.

VAT/TAX

All UK and European Union customers will be charged VAT at the prevailing rate.

Customers with delivery addresses outside of the European Union will have VAT (17.5%) deducted during the checkout process.

European customers who are VAT registered should contact us with their VAT number and we will deduct the VAT from your invoice or alternatively you can claim it back in your own country.

Some countries may impose import duties on deliveries from the UK. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes that may be imposed on a delivery in the destination country.

Shipping to Different Addresses

You can send a delivery to someone else - when you get to the checkout page 'Delivery Details' simply fill out the address you would like your order sent to as well as your own billing address (and there is a place for you to leave a message if your order is a gift). Unfortunately we cannot currently deliver to more than one address per order.

You can send products to several different addresses, but they each need to be completed as separate orders with the separate destination addresses specified. When you have completed the first order (including payment), simply click on the 'Continue Shopping' button to make up the order for the second address. When you come to process the second order the computer will have remembered your contact details (but NOT your credit-card number) so that you don't have to waste time filling these in again. A separate delivery charge will be made for each delivery address.

If you register an account (online), you will have the option to store more than one delivery address. When it comes time to checkout your order, you will be able to choose from these pre-defined delivery address entries.

• Worldwide: over 200 additional countries including (but not limited to) Argentina, Australia, Bahamas, Bahrain, Barbados, Brazil, Canada, Canary Islands, Channel Islands, Chile, Gibraltar, Hong Kong, Iceland, India, Japan, Jordan, South Korea, Kuwait, Liechtenstein, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United States, and Venezuela.
